Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Functional DMS Consultant to support the implementation of a comprehensive Document Management System (DMS) within Vattenfalls ERP transformation program. This role involves functional design system configuration data migration and integration of SAP DMS with core S/4HANA modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver a secure scalable and efficient document management solution.
This is a hybrid position requiring regular onsite collaboration at the Solna office (minimum once per week) and monthly business travel to other core countries.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the collection and analysis of business requirements for SAP S/4HANA DMS.
Develop and maintain functional specifications for DMS implementation.
Configure and implement SAP DMS document structures in line with project scope.
Integrate SAP DMS with core SAP modules including MM QM PM and EAM.
Conduct system testing (unit integration UAT) and ensure proper documentation.
Train and support key users and business stakeholders.
Manage document lifecycle processes such as versioning distribution and vaulting.
Design and configure workflows related to document management.
Ensure DMS implementation meets IT security and compliance standards.
Execute and oversee document migration from legacy DMS to ECM solutions.
Set up SAP ArchiveLink to support document retention for POs invoices and other records.
Implement Knowledge Management tools and metadata search capabilities.
Collaborate across departments to support international implementation needs.
Qualifications :
Experience & Skills
Proven experience in SAP DMS implementation in S/4HANA environments.
Expertise in SAP document management including document structure search workflows and security.
Strong functional knowledge of SAP integration with MM QM PM and related modules.
Experience with SAP Workflow configuration and standard workflow across modules.
Familiarity with SAP Knowledge Management content servers and metadata configuration.
Experience with document migration and archiving tools such as ArchiveLink.
Advantageous to have exposure to SER Doxis4 SAP ECTR and SAP PLM Cloud.
Strong understanding of IT compliance document security and governance.
Ability to operate in a hybrid and multinational environment.
Education & Certifications
Background in SAP S/4HANA implementations with handson project experience.
SAP certifications related to DMS S/4HANA or related modules (preferred).
