Experience: 15 years in SAP with a focus on BTP
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Capability Manager/Lead with over 15 years in the SAP domain
specializing in the Business Technology Platform (BTP). The ideal candidate will possess a deep
understanding of SAP BTP services a proven track record in leading technical teams and the ability
to drive innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies for leveraging SAP BTP to meet
organizational goals and drive digital transformation.
Solution Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of scalable secure and efficient
solutions using SAP BTP services ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of SAP professionals fostering a culture of
continuous learning and innovation.
Project Oversight: Oversee the planning execution and delivery of SAP BTP projects
ensuring they are completed on time within scope and budget.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to
gather requirements define project scopes and ensure successful implementation of SAP
BTP solutions.
Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration of SAP BTP solutions with existing
SAP and non-SAP systems optimizing business processes and data flow.
Innovation and Best Practices: Stay abreast of the latest SAP BTP developments and
industry trends advocating for the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information
Technology or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 15 years in SAP with substantial experience in SAP BTP and related
technologies.
Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in SAP BTP services including application
development integration and data management.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams with strong
interpersonal and communication abilities.
Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with a solid
understanding of project management methodologies.
