Job Description
Client: TBD- Job Title: Techno-Functional Consultant (W2 Only)
Terms: 1 Year Contract with Extension / Conversion Potential

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams for chosen software module requirements enhancement and solution design.
- Analyze and interpret business requirements into functional specifications ensuring alignment with chosen software capabilities and utility industry standards.
- Lead workshops to gather and validate business and functional requirements
- Configure test and support the assigned solution module throughout design UAT cutover and go-live
- Map end-to-end processes to system capabilities and recommend optimizations
- Troubleshoot issues drive root-cause analysis and ensure timely resolution
- Produce process documentation training materials and support knowledge transfer to functional teams
- Collaborate with architects engineers integration teams and business stakeholders to maintain alignment
Qualifications:
- 3 7 years of experience in utility industry transformation initiatives
- 2 5 years of hands-on configuration and testing in SAP IS-U
- Deep understanding of utility business processes (billing metering service orders etc.)
- Strong knowledge of SAP IS-U modules: Device Management Billing & Invoicing FICA Customer Service etc.
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX NERC etc.)
- Strong communication stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience with project delivery lifecycle from requirements to go-live
- Ability to work in cross-functional environments with architects engineers and business SMEs
- ABAP debugging or enhancement experience a plus
