As a Mecca Team Lead youll be at the heart of creating unforgettable experiences for our customers. Youll lead from the front supporting and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service and ensuring every customer has a fantastic experience. From managing shifts to building strong relationships with your colleagues youll play a key role in creating a welcoming and energetic environment.
Your leadership will focus on putting the customer at the centre of everything we do empowering your team to deliver great results while creating a fun and rewarding workplace.

Additional Information :
Team leader for our F&B department. Running a busy kitchen and bar ensuring all areas of our catering offering meet both our customers exacting standards and business regulations. Managing stock levels and staff training with the F&B department as well as working within the wider business to support the management team.
