You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Business Development Executive will act as the key liaison for Gentis in the Cambodian market responsible for building and expanding partnerships with medical institutions driving sales of genetic testing services and closely coordinating with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency and service quality.
This role requires a proactive mindset strong communication skills and familiarity with the healthcare industry to enhance brand presence and support sustainable market growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Development and Sales
Identify approach and introduce Gentis genetic testing services to clinics hospitals IVF centers private practices and potential healthcare partners.
Maintain and expand relationships with doctors medical professionals and decisionmakers in healthcare institutions.
Monitor postsales customer service gather feedback and coordinate issue resolution.
Ensure achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
Propose promotional policies and partnership models tailored to different customer segments.
2. Market Analysis
Collect and analyze information on competitors market trends healthcare facility policies and legal regulations in Cambodia.
Conduct field surveys and provide periodic reports on market status customer needs and new business opportunities.
Recommend strategies or action plans aligned with the companys growth direction.
3. Marketing and Branding
Collaborate with the Marketing team to organize brand promotion activities such as seminars symposiums medical fairs and livestreams.
Proactively build relationships with KOLs medical experts and professional associations in Cambodia to support communications and strengthen brand credibility.
Represent Gentis at domestic and international events to promote products and services and expand the partner network.
Provide feedback and assist in developing marketing materials brochures and localized content appropriate for local culture and language.
4. Logistics Coordination and Operational Support
Coordinate with coordinators technicians and other departments to arrange sample collection kit delivery and customer documentation.
Monitor sample processing progress and ensure timely and qualitycontrolled delivery.
Support in resolving customer complaints operational errors or special requests.
Record data and submit regular reports as required by supervisors and support teams.
Qualifications :
Proficiency in Khmer and English (listening speaking reading writing); knowledge of Vietnamese is an advantage.
College/university degree in Healthcare Biology Pharmacy Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry especially in sales customer service or healthcare marketing roles.
Strong communication negotiation and partnershipbuilding skills.
Effective work organization and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently with a high sense of responsibility.
Proficiency in office software (Word Excel PowerPoint Google Workspace).
Knowledge or experience in genetics laboratory testing IVF obstetrics/pediatrics or prenatal diagnostics.
Established relationships with hospitals and clinics in Cambodia.
Experience organizing medical seminars managing healthcare marketing projects or running doctor partnership programs.
Familiarity with digital platforms (Google Ads Zalo OA Facebook Ads CRM systems Zoom/Webinar etc.).
