Great Learning Experience:

Mentorship & Growth:

  • Work closely with our People Team and get valuable insights and mentorship from our People Operations Specialist Advisor and Business Partners.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and improving HR processes.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with drafting employment contracts collecting onboarding information and maintaining employee data in our HR system HiBob.
  • Employee Interaction: Regularly communicate with employees and store managers answering questions and proactively seeking relevant information.
  • Payroll Preparation: Help prepare the monthly payroll by checking all necessary changes and documentation.
  • Research: Conduct research on employee legislation to support People Business Partners with advisory cases and policy changes.
  • Recruitment Collaboration: Ensure our new hires in retail are processed correctly and able to start on time.

About you:

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent people and communication skills a strong eye for detail and highly organized.;
  • Language: Fluent in English. Dutch and/or German are a big plus!
  • Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Attitude: A handson mentality and eagerness to learn and grow.

Start date & duration:

We are looking for someone to start on 15 July (latest 1 September) for 40 hours per week over a period of 6 months. In this position you will be mentored by our People Advisor.
