Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven HR Recruiter to join our team in the Solar and Power industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and hiring top talent for various roles ensuring a smooth recruitment process while aligning with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role specifications.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the solar and power sector.
- Source candidates using various channels including job portals social media networking and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends salary benchmarks and hiring best practices.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in recruitment preferably in the Solar/Power/Energy/Manufacturing/Oil & Gas/Real Estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies sourcing techniques and industry trends.
- Proficiency in ATS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
