Job Description

Our client is a toprated management consulting and human resource advisory firm.

Our client is seeking to hire a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving revenue growth identifying and developing strategic business opportunities and managing highvalue client relationships within the company s Public Sector business.

This role demands a resultsdriven professional with strong commercial acumen exceptional relationship management skills and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:
Identify pursue and secure highvalue business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers senior executives and stakeholders.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion initiatives.
Oversee highvalue accounts ensuring longterm success and client satisfaction.
Represent the company at industry events conferences and executive roundtable.
Lead contract negotiations and close complex business deals.
Monitor sales performance and market trends to optimize business strategies.
Manage strategic accounts ensuring longterm success and client satisfaction.
Direct engagement with senior decisionmakers and industry leaders.
Drive new business partnerships and market expansion initiatives.
Attend meetings and pitching sessions make presentations and report outcomes to executive management.
Prepare sales contracts Service level agreements and other documents in line with company policies and work with the client to ensure execution.
Conduct client surveys to develop marketing assets and use cases for engaging prospects.
Provide support and materials in upselling to existing clients.
Conduct periodic research to constantly benchmark company s products and service offerings with current trends and industry standards.
Identify and attend industry conferences and other networking events to gain industry insights and network with relevant stakeholders.
Identify and establish key relationships in organizations/bodies where relevant stakeholders of sectors of focus belong.
Establish and build strong relationships with key contacts within target markets/stakeholder organizations.
Contact clients and prospects to inform them about new developments in the company s products and services.
Negotiate pricing and other terms with clients and relevant partners.
Advise and proffer solutions on how to solve problems strategically and prioritize client needs.


Requirements

Key Requirement
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or in any related field.
78 years of experience in Sales Marketing or Business Development within the financial or professional services sector.
Strong ability to develop and execute business growth strategies.
Excellent negotiation dealclosing and contract management skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Expertise in strategic partnership development and key account management.
High achiever with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking and relationshipbuilding abilities.
Strategic thinker with problemsolving skills.
Selfmotivated proactive and able to work independently.
Ability to engage confidently with Csuite executives and senior stakeholders


Benefits

Compensation: Base Pay ranges BTW N1.5m N2m monthly net other benefits
