Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Operations Manager to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) company. The ideal candidate will be a selfstarter who can take full ownership of the HR operations function with a strong focus on employee engagement and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations Management: Oversee and manage the daytoday HR operations ensuring efficient and smooth processes.
Employee Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees addressing their concerns and providing support.
Payroll Management: Take ownership of the payroll process ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and wages.
Recruitment and Onboarding: support recruitment efforts manage the onboarding process and ensure new hires have a seamless transition.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations maintaining uptodate knowledge of HR policies.
HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse HR metrics generating reports to inform decisionmaking.
Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs ensuring competitive and fair practices.
Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of engagement and collaboration organising events and initiatives that promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Experience: HR operations preferably within an MSP or technology company.
Skills: Strong leadership communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficient in HR information systems data analysis and reporting
Knowledge: Indepth understanding of HR policies labor laws and best practices.
Experience with payroll and benefit administration
Attributes: Selfstarter proactive and able to work independently. High level of integrity and discretion.
