Sales Target Achievement:
Achieve and exceed sales targets for power tools within the assigned territory.
Dealer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct dealers distributors and other key stakeholders.
Turnover and Profit Management:
Manage turnover and profit within the territory ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation.
B2B Portal Support:
Support the use of B2B portals for sales and customer service.
Marketing Activity Implementation:
Implement and execute local marketing activities to drive sales and brand awareness.
Competitor and Market Intelligence:
Gather competitor information and market trend data to inform sales strategies.
Team Leadership (Externals):
Depending on the role may lead and manage a team of sales representatives providing coaching training and performance management.
Qualifications :
B Tech or MBA
Additional Information :
Base Location Ludhiana
Experience of Tradition Trade or Channel Sales with 5 Years
Knowledge on channel sales from allied Industry or hardware.
Good communication skills
Expanding the Channel Network to Gain market share.
Leader of his territory Proactive in his approach Growth Mindset.
Quality build up of the network of sub dealers and retailers so that Bosch PT maintains the primary choice at the POS (Point of Sale) and at the end user
