Job Description
We re hiring for an Account Manager / Onsite Recruiter to support our operations across two key warehouse sites in Arlington.
Position: Account Manager / Onsite Recruiter
Location: Arlington TX
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Weekday and weekend availability required (some early mornings and late check-ins)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary onsite contact for warehouse leadership.
- Conduct daily/weekly check-ins with supervisors regarding attendance and performance.
- Recruit screen and onboard candidates for roles including inspectors packers and material handlers.
- Support and manage 12-hour shifts (6 AM 6 PMand 6 PM 6 AM) including overtime coordination.
- Monitor timekeeping via sign-in sheets scanners and production logs.
- Enforce policies and maintain workforce quality.
- Coordinate labor across sites and ensure proper orientation for new hires.
- Provide weekend coverage including emergency staffing and check-ins.
Requirements:
- 2 years of staffing recruiting or account management experience (warehouse experience preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with high-volume staffing and flexible scheduling
- Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
