Due to continued growth and market demand an exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our award-winning lettings team based at our thriving Weston-super-Mare branch.
Covering Weston and North Somerset you ll play a leading role in expanding our presence across the region bringing energy strategy and leadership to our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who s confident in valuations and negotiations and eager to take the next big step in their lettings career.
What you ll be doing:
Conducting accurate rental valuations and securing new landlord instructions
Carrying out property viewings and converting interest into offers
Generating new business opportunities to grow our property portfolio
Building long-lasting relationships with landlords and property investors
Managing offers negotiations and tenancy queries with professionalism
Leading day-to-day operations and supporting overall branch performance
Delivering consistently high levels of customer service and compliance
Working closely with our Head of New Business to identify growth strategies
Implementing new ideas to benefit the business and improve client experience
Recruiting training and mentoring team members as the business expands
Ensuring all processes meet current lettings legislation and standards
Hitting key performance indicators and annual business targets
What we re looking for:
A confident and energetic self-starter who thrives on hitting goals
At least 12 months of experience in valuations viewings and instructions
A natural relationship-builder who s comfortable engaging with landlords and applicants
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A team leader with an eye for talent and a commitment to staff development
Up-to-date knowledge (or willingness to learn) on lettings legislation and compliance A strong communicator articulate well-presented and professional
Passion for property and delivering market-leading customer service
High level of accuracy numeracy and computer literacy
Full Uk driving licence and your own car
