Location: Remote (Some overlap hours with Central Time US.)

What Youll Do
As a Senior UX Designer youll be the driving force behind user experience design at Fastn. You will lead UX initiatives across our platform ensuring that every interaction is seamless intuitive and empowering for our users. From onboarding to feature discovery your designs will directly impact product adoption satisfaction and retention.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead UX design across the Fastn platformfrom user flows and wireframes to highfidelity UI and prototypes
- Own and evolve Fastns design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Design intuitive workflows for complex technical tasks including onboarding integration setup and feature adoption
- Conduct user research usability testing and interviews to validate and iterate on design decisions
- Build and test design prototypes to gather feedback from internal stakeholders and customers
- Collaborate closely with product managers engineers and leadership to align designs with product goals
- Champion a usercentered design culture and help establish UX best practices within the company

MustHave Skills & Experience
- 8 10 years of UX design experience preferably in SaaS or complex web applications
- Earlystage startup experience in the B2B space
- Strong portfolio showcasing endtoend design work with a focus on usercentered problemsolving
- Expertise in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools
- Proven ability to translate technical requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
- Experience with componentbased design systems
- Comfortable working crossfunctionally with product and engineering teams
NicetoHave Skills
- Experience with lowcode/nocode platforms or developerfocused tools
- Familiarity with APIs integration platforms or technical product UX
- Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript)
- Experience establishing scalable UX processes in highgrowth environments
