Job Description
Overview
NaphCare has an excellent opportunity for aMarketing Specialistto join the Marketing & Communications team at our corporate headquarters inBirmingham AL 35216.
The Marketing Specialist will work collaboratively with the Marketing and Communications team and project stakeholders across the organization to assist in the creation and execution of the strategic brand and employer marketing plans in alignment with NaphCares business goals. The Marketing Specialist will assist with multichannel datadriven campaigns to drive recruitment and sales goals. The Marketing Specialist will assist with corporate branding recruiting design creating and activating compelling events content campaigns and strategies. The position reports to the Marketing Director.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Maintain and update visual and written content to align with branding guidelines.
- Manage marketing collateral inventory and distribution for sales recruiting and corporate purposes.
- Support budget tracking and expense reporting with vendors and national organization partners.
- Assist in vendor and recruiting platform management.
- Create and manage content for digital recruiting platforms.
- Plan and execute internal and external events including company appreciation week and health awareness initiatives.
- Leverage data reporting and insights to set goals measure success and continuously refine marketing strategies for better engagement.
- Manage multiple projects prioritize tasks and execute detailed marketing plans effectively
Qualifications
Job Details
- Bachelors Degree required in Marketing Communications or a businessrelated field.
- 3 years of marketing experience preferably in healthcare recruitment and/or with a government contractor.
- Experience supporting marketing efforts for LinkedIn Indeed Glassdoor Google and other recruiting platforms.
- Experience with a CRM such as Insightly a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) Trello and Canva.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple projects at one time learn quickly communicate effectively build meaningful relationships and take initiative.
- Experience working with product content and creative teams to develop custom ideas.
