ABOUT THE ROLE: Customer Services Representatives supports all customer service initiatives by participating in the daytoday operations of the Casino ensuring the guests feel welcomed valued and wellinformed of products and services. This is done through consistent and proactive exceptional Guest Experience ensuring a clean and safe environment and compliance with established policies and procedures. The Customer Services Representative ensures that feedback from customers is relayed to all departments on a regular basis. The Customer Services Representative will be responsible for creating a fun and welcoming environment while celebrating guests internal and external. Must be able to work weekends and holidays (including: Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday at nights.)
