Virtual Rockstar is looking for a fulltime Customer Service Representative to serve as a Virtual Front Desk Ambassador for our client a hospitalityfocused hotel in Indiana. This is a remote position ideal for someone with strong communication skills a customerfirst mindset and the ability to stay calm helpful and organized in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities
Greet and register guests remotely assign rooms and manage checkin/checkout procedures
Make and confirm reservations using hotel software
Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel services directions amenities and local recommendations
Verify payment methods and process transactions
Coordinate with onsite staff (housekeeping and maintenance) to resolve guest issues
Maintain accurate guest records and room availability using hotel systems
Log guest feedback and escalate issues to management when necessary
Ensure a high level of service in accordance with the hotel s standard operating procedures
Smile and greet virtually project professionalism and hospitality in all guest interactions
Assist in shiftend procedures and complete daily checklists with support from the onsite team

2 years of customer service or front desk experience (hotel experience strongly preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with hotel management or reservation software (Choice Advantage is a plus)
Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay organized in a remote work environment
Ability to remain calm patient and professional when dealing with guest concerns
Comfortable working independently while coordinating with an onsite team
Availability to work fulltime including weekends or evenings as needed
Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
