We re looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist to help us turn everyday success stories into business opportunities. Sitting at the intersection of content relationships and insights this role is about creating strong connections with existing customers amplifying their voices and identifying ways to grow our mutual value.
You ll work crossfunctionally with the French sales and marketing teams global product marketing and partner managers and be the local voice of our customer in France. This role is ideal for someone who loves speaking with people is comfortable engaging with Clevel executives and is excited to work in a collaborative fastpaced B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and collaborate with satisfied customers to produce compelling case studies and testimonials (written video or live)
Manage the production process endtoend ensuring quality alignment with brand tone and strategic value for sales/marketing
Support the sales team by identifying upsell/crosssell opportunities based on product usage and feedback
Work with Customer Success and Account Management to retain existing clients and expand product adoption
Help build targeted campaigns and messaging to nurture existing relationships
Plan and execute webinars round tables meetups and participation in user events like Zoholics
Ensure highquality content a positive customer experience and actionable insights from each event
Launch and manage ambassador initiatives with key users willing to actively represent Zoho
Support the creation of a local Customer Advisory Board
Facilitate customer forums newsletters AMA sessions and community feedback loops
Conduct customer research such as churn analysis satisfaction surveys or segment deepdives
Translate insights into actions and content (playbooks success frameworks tailored messaging)
Maintain and enrich CRM records to support personalization and targeting
Be a strategic partner to Sales Product Marketing and Support helping connect marketing insights with real business outcomes
Contribute to broader European marketing projects when relevant (brand content regional events partner initiatives)
A people person: Easygoing curious and confident when speaking with all types of customers from operational users to CEOs
2 4 years of experience in customer marketing content marketing or lifecycle/community roles (ideally in SaaS or tech)
Fluent in French and comfortable in professional English (spoken and written)
Solid writing skills for case studies emails event content etc.
Collaborative autonomous and highly organized you re comfortable driving projects from A to Z
Able to interpret customer insights and turn them into action
Familiar with CRM tools basic analytics and marketing automation platforms (Zoho CRM is a plus)
Willing to travel across France for customer meetings events and video interviews (around 15% of the time)
Permanent contract (CDI) with 4 month renewable trial period.
