Salary: Commencing at a maximum of 60K Annually (commensurate with education and experience; superior pay for 5 years of experience)

Requirements:
Meet or exceed state licensing requirements for Director
Bachelors in Early Childhood or related field preferred
Directors certification an esteemed advantage
CDA certification may be considered in lieu of a degree
Completion of Leadership Training within the initial 90 days
