Marketing Analytics & Campaign Strategy Manager

We are seeking a datadriven and creativeMarketing Analytics & Campaign Strategy Managerto join our dynamic Engineering Operations team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of data storytelling and digital marketing execution. You will play a critical role in shaping our marketing strategy driving lead generation and delivering insights that fuel business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Product Marketing Collaboration (Owner):Partner with Product Teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling messaging and gotomarket strategies
• Storytelling with Data:Interpret complex datasets to craft compelling narratives that highlight key insights and support strategic decisionmaking across the organization
• Executive Reporting:Develop and own the communication of critical marketing metrics and campaign performance to executive stakeholders
• Campaign Analysis:Conduct deepdives into campaign data to generate hypotheses and actionable recommendations for incremental revenue growth
• Lead Generation Program:Develop and manage endtoend lead generation campaigns including audience segmentation scheduling performance tracking and optimization
• Performance Reporting:Define collect and report on key performance metrics to assess campaign ROI and guide continuous improvement
• Performance Metrics:Track and analyze key KPIs such as acquisition rates CTRs and conversion trends. Use insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness
• Trend Monitoring:Stay current on marketing trends analytics tools and methodologies to continuously enhance campaign performance and measurement
• Website Management:Maintain and optimize the CF website ensuring content accuracy visual appeal and alignment with brand standards. Monitor performance metrics and implement UX improvements
• Vendor Management:Oversee relationships with external vendors to ensure brand consistency timely delivery and seamless execution of marketing initiatives
• Customer Engagement:Engage with prospective customers early in the sales cycle to gather feedback and inform marketing strategies
• Digital Advertising:Lead strategy execution and optimization of digital advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads Microsoft Ads LinkedIn) to drive pipeline growth
• Bonus:Leverage graphic design skills to create or enhance marketing assets such as digital ads social media content and sales collateral
• Ability to work onsite in Lynchburg VA

What makes you the perfect fit:

• 2 6 years of experience in marketing analytics campaign management or a related field
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Handson experience with marketing automation platforms CRM systems and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics HubSpot PowerBI)
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and performance marketing
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills especially for executive audiences
• Experience managing websites and optimizing UX and SEO

Some nice haves (but not required):

• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Canva)
• Experience in Cloud sales/technical experience a plus

The salary range for this role is $80000 $135000 benefits & perks.

Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be commensurate with the candidates final level and location. Also the range represents salary only and does not include our total rewards package.
