Summary of the Role:
As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting various projects from start to finish. You will work closely with project managers team members and stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed on time within budget and to the satisfaction of all parties involved. You will be the point of contact for the project team providing updates addressing concerns and facilitating communication.
What you will do:
- Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are executed according to plan and meet all requirements.
- Support the project team by coordinating meetings maintaining project schedules tracking progress and providing status updates.
- Facilitate communication between project team members stakeholders and partners to ensure project success.
- Identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate uptodate and readily available to all relevant parties.
- Assist in the development of project budgets and financial reports monitoring expenses and reporting variances.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures.

- 3 years of project coordinator experience
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in project management software such as JIRA ClickUp and Hubspot
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
