Job Description
We are looking for a professional and customerfocused Receptionist to manage our front desk and create a welcoming environment for clients partners and team members. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company responsible for handling administrative support and maintaining the smooth operation of daytoday office activities.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule appointments and meetings as required
Support administrative tasks such as filing data entry and document preparation
Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory
Assist with internal communication and event coordination when needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
