Job Description

We are currently seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. This individual will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients playing a vital role in representing the company and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable detailoriented and thrives in a fastpaced office setting.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars

  • Assist with administrative support tasks such as data entry filing and document handling

  • Provide accurate information to inquiries in person via phone or email

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient operations


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
