An individual who understands Childrens Residential and is ready to embark on a longterm career while working with the company to obtain their Level 3 and 5 with the view to move into management if this matches your career goals.

Someone who likes working in a team coming together for the good and love of helping the YPs and each other.

The daytoday requirements:

What you will be doing

You will be changing a childs life by providing onetoone therapeutic care for children aged 617 who are from a background of trauma and neglect in line with their care plans acting as a role model at all times.

You must be driven to also ensure that the children and young people have an experience ofchildhood that they deserve one filled with fun laughter friendship and discovery.

You will beparticipating in the daytoday operation & duties of the home and ensuring all of the documentation required is completed accurately.

The company will aid you increating a positive environment in the home so this enables the children to express their characters feel safe and enrich their lives.

You will besupporting the children on social and educational activities that help them in developing their learning and educational aspirations e.g. family contact appointments education and leisure activities including holidays abroad trips in the UK and many more.

To achieve this high level of care you will be working with a fantastic team and supportive manager to ensure the children in your care have all their needs and requirements met.
