Key Responsibilities: Model Home Setup Staging & Maintenance
- Coordinate with homebuilders project managers and sales teams to plan and schedule the installation of low voltage systems in model homes.
- Manage product selections and specifications for model homes to align with company offerings and builder preferences.
- Oversee the layout and aesthetic of installed systems including AV security lighting control smart home automation and structured wiring.
- Ensure model homes are functioning correctly and technology is demo-ready for builder and prospective homebuyer presentations.
- Perform regular site visits to inspect quality and performance of installed systems.
- Maintain and update product demo kits and signage in all model home displays.
- Support marketing and sales by providing technical expertise and assisting with photography/video shoots or live demonstrations.
- Coordinate service calls or maintenance for malfunctioning demo systems in model homes.
- Track inventory and ensure timely ordering and delivery of products for model installations.
- Collaborate with the engineering and installation teams to resolve technical issues or product substitutions.
- Provide feedback on design and technology trends to help keep offerings current and competitive.

- Proficient with smartphones tablets and management software
- Valid drivers license with reliable transportation for site visits required
Model Home Coordinator Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business project management or related field is a plus
- Familiarity with the home technology real estate or construction industries is beneficial
