About Us:
Lung Foundation Australia is an awardwinning profitforpurpose organisation and the Department of Health and Aged Care appointed health peak and advisory body. We are Australias most trusted lung health disease and cancer charity dedicated to advocating for and supporting the one in six Australians at risk of or living with lung disease and cancer.
This opportunity arises following the retirement of a longstanding highly regarded Deputy Chairperson and NonExecutive Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Essential Skills & Experiences:
Our board is highly effective mature and stable. We seek a Csuite leader with demonstrated experience (five years ) in finance risk management and strategic leadership. You will use your business acumen financial expertise and understanding of financial management principles to guide our Mission.
Experience on a corporate government or profitforpurpose Board and highlevel communication and stakeholder engagement skills are also highly desirable.

Our board meets six times per year face to face in full day or half day meetings in Brisbane Sydney or Melbourne. Other meetings may be scheduled sometimes.
