About the role

Were on the hunt for someone who knows how to build real connections and close this role youll help grow our retail and wholesale partnerships across North America whether that means finding new leads or helping existing accounts thrive.

Youll manage the full sales cycle from first pitch to signed purchase order and work with some of the top names in the nail industry. If youre passionate about beauty love the chase and know how to keep relationships strong youre exactly who were looking for.

  • Find pitch and onboard new wholesale and retail accounts.
  • Grow existing partners and make sure new products stay front and center on distributor shelves.
  • Build strong relationships rooted in trustand help our partners thrive.
  • Create tailored sales presentations that speak to each partners needs.
  • Use samples education and smart conversations to boost profitability for both sides.
  • Keep an eye on sales and profits to hit your goals.
  • Represent TGB in virtual calls in-person meetings trade shows and industry events.
  • Share regular sales forecasts and performance updates.
  • Juggle priorities manage your time and stay on top of deadlines.
  • Jump in wherever needed to support the business.

About you:

Youll have proven experience in sales or account management and know how to build and grow partnerships.

  • Strong people skills and the ability to create meaningful lasting connections.
  • Proven success keeping accounts happy and coming back.
  • Comfortable navigating tough conversations with empathy and ease.
  • Experience with NetSuite is a plus but not a dealbreaker.
  • Quick thinker with great organization and solid project management chops.
  • Passion for the beauty and wellness space is always welcome.
