Experience:
Candidate should have a high level of competence using Microsoft Office software (Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook); strong written and verbal communications skills; general office experience; and the ability to work independently handle multiple assignments and prioritize work load.
Job description:
This position provide support to the Division of Vaccine Excellence (primarily to staff who conduct compliance site visits at registered Vaccines for Children providers) and involves telephone interaction with the public health care providers school nurses and federal state and local government staff. Duties of this position include answering phones and directing callers as appropriate; maintaining electronic calendars; scheduling meetings conference calls and webinars; making travel arrangements; typing; photocopying; scanning; formatting/editing reports and documents managing incoming mail maintaining electronic and hard copy files and logging data into tracking systems.
