Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Merchant onboarding with KYC verification and compliance checks
- Merchant account activations
- Merchant account changes as per request from the sales team and merchants
- Query resolution for our internal customer i.e. Business Team
- Adhering to operations guidelines during the activation and query resolution
- Maintaining TAT as per SLA for the process
Required Skills:
- 2 4 years of relevant experience in KYC / Merchant Onboarding from a B2B fintech background preferably from online payments
- Processoriented proactive and resultdriven individual
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand the merchants requirements before the account is activated
- Be a quick learner with an analytical mind to understand backend operations
