The Warehouse Associate performs functions which include receiving and processing of incoming stocks and materials managing the flow of finished goods from warehouse cold storage picking and filling orders from stock staging and loading orders to delivery trucks and managing organizing and retrieving stocks in the warehouse. Ensures picking accuracy and efficiency making necessary reports recording labeling and re-labeling of products.
Open crates and other containers to check correctness of item vs label during receiving of items from production and during staging and loading to trucks for dispatch.
Assists in receiving and unloading trucks and checking in of items.
Sort and place products or items on racks and shelves according to standards.
Performs inventory controls by organizing the inventory tag all inventory segregating customer allocated inventory checking and printing requests recording items received or distributed.
Assists in the actual counting of physical inventory.
Prepares orders by processing items requests and orders; pulling materials; placing orders in staging and dispatch areas.
Checks and reviews prepared FG orders & RM requests for the day. Reconcile it with the Order Summary and dispatch/truck plan.
Checks actual items and quantities for dispatch.
Ensure that products for preparation and staging are matched with label vs actual.
Initial checking of returned items and endorses it to QA/Production for further quality checking.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves pallet area and workstations neat. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
Wear the proper safety equipment
Ensures compliance to food safety and quality standards set by HACCP GMP & ISO.
System:
Perform and ensure timely and accurate input of all goods receipt in SAP.
Perform and ensure timely and accurate input of all goods issued in SAP.
Perform and ensure timely and accurate input of Transfer Posting in SAP.
Perform and ensure timely and accurate input of any adjustment of inventory in SAP.
Qualifications :
Education:
High School or College graduate.
Experience:
1-2 yrs previous warehouse experience preferred
Good communication organizational time management mathematical skills
Dependable and Reliable
System and encoding
License/s:
NC II Certified for Fork Lift Operator
Other Requirements:
Inventory Equipment maintenance data entry and computer skills may be required
