Youll handle confidential conversations with clients resolve conflicts and harmonize processes internally.
You will have to know the client understand their needs and their business to propose strategies with a comprehensive vision of NielsenIQ solutions.
You will support the creation of annual plans to define action plans with clients identifying objectives solutions to present and results to be obtained.
You will make business presentations with a high level of analytical detail to the different areas of the clients
You will encourage and support the continuous development of the associates of your team motivating them and carrying out accompaniments training and continuous feedback.
You will negotiate and secure the service model based on deliverables with your client portfolio.
Qualifications :

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Economics Marketing or related.
Experience in Consumer Goods companies Retailers market research consultants marketing areas commercial project management. (More than 6 years)
Microsoft Advanced Packaging (PowerPoint Excel and Word)
Power Bi (Desirable intermediate level).
English (Intermediate-Advanced / Advanced desirable).
Good project management skills (on time according to scope and with flexibility when needed)
Proven team management experience
Customer management and consulting skills
Working under pressure and managing stress
Presentation skills and effective communication
Trading and negotiation skills
Proven skills to work with cross-functional teams and drive results
