Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Specialist to drive growth and build strategic partnerships for Fashion TV India. The ideal candidate will be proactive resultsoriented and possess excellent communication skills to engage potential business partners and expand our brand presence across various segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth:
- Identify new business opportunities markets and clients to drive growth for Fashion TV India.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue through franchising licensing partnerships and media collaborations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders business partners and influencers in the industry.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct research to identify industry trends competitive landscape and potential areas for expansion.
- Analyze market data and consumer insights to inform business strategies and decisionmaking.
- Partnership Development:
- Cultivate longterm partnerships and collaborate with internal teams to execute mutually beneficial agreements.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements to maximize business opportunities.
- Brand Promotion:
- Represent Fashion TV India in various industry events conferences and meetings to build brand awareness and presence.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align business development efforts with brand strategy.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the implementation and of new business initiatives and ensure that all milestones are achieved.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of business goals.
- Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Regularly update leadership on the status of business development efforts new opportunities and sales performance.
- Prepare and present business reports proposals and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development sales or a similar role within media fashion or luxury industries.
- Strong understanding of business growth strategies franchising and licensing models.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to analyze data trends and market conditions to drive informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
