Role Summary
Own the full business development cyclemarket mapping outbound/inbound activation discovery solutioning with pre-sales engineers proposals and closingacross MMIT365s core offerings to drive new logos recurring contracts and profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
* Own outbound lead generation (LinkedIn email phone events referrals/partners) for Egypt.
* Build ICP target lists and maintain 95% contact/data accuracy in the CRM.
* Create and A/B test multi-step sequences by persona and service line; coordinate content and landing pages with Marketing.
* Qualify to SQL on agreed criteria; book discovery meetings; manage the MQL SQL SLA and clean handoffs.
Pipeline Discovery & Solutioning
* Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
* Run structured discovery for needs in
* Partner with presales to design solutions scope milestones and success metrics.
Proposals Pricing & Closing
* Prepare proposals/SOWs and RFP responses; negotiate commercials to target margins.
* Coordinate terms with Finance/Legal; ensure clean delivery handover and kickoff readiness.
Partnerships & Market Development
* Build referral and channel relationships (integrators distributors accelerators).
* Represent MMIT365 at events; cocreate targeted campaigns with Marketing.
Account Growth & Retention
* Drive landandexpand with crosssell/upsell motions (maintenance contracts security addons infrastructure upgrades).
* Track client outcomes and satisfaction; capture testimonials and casestudy inputs.
Reporting
* Weekly pipeline reviews monthly forecasts and quarterly business reviews with insights and action plans.
Qualifications :
* 36 years B2B business development/consultative sales in IT services/infrastructure (systems integration networking security managed services).
* Proven achievement on revenue/newlogo/margin targets and multistakeholder cycles (IT/Operations/Finance).
* Strong discovery financial/ROI framing proposal writing and negotiation skills.
* Tools: CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) LinkedIn Sales Navigator data/enrichment outreach platform Google/Microsoft productivity suite.
* Languages: Arabic & English fluency.
* Education: Bachelors in Business/IT/Engineering; relevant certifications (networking/security/ITIL) are a plus.
Additional Information :
Initial KPIs
* 60 days: Issue 68 proposals; activate 23 partner sources; reach 24 meetings and 16 SQLs cumulative.
* 90 days: Close first 23 logos; reach 34 pipeline coverage; publish repeatable playbooks per service line.
