As a Senior SDR youll play a critical role in driving business across multiple markets while mentoring peers piloting new sales innovations and gaining visibility with leadership. This is your launchpad to becoming a fulltime media seller in one of the most dynamic industries todayTV streaming and digital advertising.
What Youll Do:
Lead by example: Consistently exceed outreach and lead generation goals across assigned markets
Mentor & coach: Support onboarding and development of SDR Academy peers through shadowing and training
Accelerate deals: Partner with Account Executives to transition leads into fullfunnel sales opportunities
Test & innovate: Pilot cuttingedge CRM tools AIdriven prospecting tech and sales automation platforms
Collaborate crossmarket: Work with multiple TEGNA markets and contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives
What You Bring:
A proven track record of success as an SDR or in sales development
A passion for media business development and digital transformation
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to lead and inspire others
A growth mindset with the desire to move quickly into a fulltime media sales role
Comfortable working in a hybrid modelbalancing office collaboration remote outreach and infield learning
