About the role

Were looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help bring amazing talent to Sievo! This role is based in our Bucharest office and offers a unique opportunity to be the very first TA hire in Romania.

The Talent Acquisition team is part of Sievos global People function which is spread across Finland Romania and the US. You will be working closely with the Helsinkibased TA team PeopleOps team in Bucharest as well as with the global People team to support Sievos growth. Our mission is simple: to find and hire top talent build strong relationships with candidates create an outstanding hiring experience and make sure Sievo is known as an employer of choice wherever were hiring.

In this role youll help us recruit for our Bucharest office partnering with hiring managers and contributing to Sievos growing presence in the local market. Youll be joining a collaborative and supportive team and your work will play a direct role in Sievos continued growth in this exciting new market.

What youll be responsible for

  • Manage endtoend hiring processes for roles in our Bucharest office.
  • Give candidates a smooth and positive experience from the first message to the final offer.
  • Use your network and different channels like job boards referrals and events to find and attract great candidates.
  • Take part in local employer branding activities such as organising and participating in career fairs and university events.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and teams across all our offices so great communication skills in English are essential for this role.
  • Keep hiring on track and share updates with your team and stakeholders.
  • Suggest ways to make our hiring process better and more efficient.
  • Stay up to date with whats happening in the local job market and share your insights.

The ideal person we are looking for

  • Experience managing the full recruitment processes from initial sourcing to final offer. A strong background in technical recruitment is a plus.
  • Passion for Talent Acquisition creating meaningful interactions with candidates and providing exceptional candidate experience makes you tick!
  • Committed in building and driving inclusive hiring processes.
  • Comfortable working with data and using it to improve hiring.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership over everything you do but also eager to collaborate closely with the global team.
  • Confident working with various IT tools on a daytoday basis we work with MS Office and Confluence as well as with our ATS and HRIS.

  • A strong background in technical recruitment.
  • Experience with headhunting top talent youre comfortable using Boolean search and headhunting techniques to find and engage hardtoreach candidates.

This is a fulltime position and the salary ranges from 6000 to 7000 RON/net per month. This is a hybrid position and we are looking forward spending some time with you at the office hence candidate is expected to be based in Bucharest.
