Menu of Responsibilities
- Office Maintenance acting as the contact person for office maintenance managing stationery supplies and updating slideshows.
- Collect scan and redistribute mail and packages.
- Onboarding New Joiners including ordering hardware and SIM cards arranging key cards and licenses organising technical onboarding and setting up new user guides and ensuring hardware agreements and compliance documents are signed as well as preparing welcome packs and being available for questions.
- Preparing our Townhall collecting topics and compiling the master deck. Additionally you will edit present and handle technical setup.

You can expect an approximate annual gross salary of 16 17k if you meet the requirements of this position.
