Job Description
ESP for Kindergarten ClassroomShaker Lane is dedicated to building a safe caring and readytolearn should embrace this philosophy when applying. Assist with lesson planning and preparing materials for lessons as well as lessondelivery (when needed) Collaborate with staff and service providers to support students Support students in classrooms with academic/behavioral/emotional needs Maintain positive relationships with families allowing classroom teachers toaddress concerns with parents Assist students in toileting/diapering (if needed) Create a collaborative and nurturing environment for students to learn and takerisks Maintain confidentiality regarding all personal information regarding childrenfamilies and staff Guide and counsel students with adjustment and/or academic problems Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to communicateeffectively and respectfully with students families and staff. Facilitate group activities Other duties assigned by the building administration and/or supervising staff
