ABOUT THE ROLE
Client seeks qualified resource to be responsible for:
- Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems; Windows 10 or higher; Working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook and MS365.Considerable knowledge of pc hardware peripherals & networksAbility to use software tools (SCCM Remote Desktop Dameware etc) to remotely connect to workstations.Excellent troubleshooting skillsAbility to perform software installations configurations and troubleshooting hardware and software.Considerable knowledge of SCCM/SMSA strong working knowledge of computer systems hardware and software including drivers and bios.Excellent problem-solving analytical and team-working skills.Excellent customer service communication and interpersonal skills.An openness to learning new technologies.
