Job Description
As a Management Trainee Talent Acquisition youll support endtoend hiring activities work closely with hiring managers and ensure we attract top talent that aligns with our culture and growth goals. This is a handson role ideal for someone who already has 1 year of experience in recruitment is fluent in both Kannada and English and is based in Bengaluru.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Manage endtoend recruitment for junior and midlevel roles across departments
- Source candidates through job portals referrals social media and campus drives
- Screen resumes schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires
- Maintain candidate databases and provide timely updates on hiring status
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 1 year of experience in recruitment preferably in F&B retail or fastpaced environments
- Fluent in Kannada and English (spoken and written) mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Proactive attitude attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must be based in Bengaluru
