About the opportunity

Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join us to help deliver a world-class candidate experience. Youll be the engine behind smooth scheduling clear communication and strong operational support. Our Talent Acquisition team drives N26s growth across Europe by hiring incredible people at speed and scale. We believe that structure empathy and data help us build better. Youll report to our Head of Talent Acquisition and work closely with our Talent Operations Lead to keep our hiring process sharp fast and human.

In this role you will:

  • Be the scheduling powerhouse behind great hires at N26 coordinating interviews across time zones and calendars with clarity and calm
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates during the interview process keeping them informed prepared and genuinely excited to meet us
  • Work closely with talent partners and hiring managers to keep processes moving quickly and smoothly stepping in to resolve issues before they escalate
  • Become our Greenhouse expert ensuring every candidates journey proceeds accurately.
  • Support the operational heartbeat of the team including publishing job ads sending reference checks and finding small process fixes that make a big impact
  • This role will ask you to be resourceful solutions-oriented and quick to adapt when priorities shift. Youll be surrounded by a supportive team and given the autonomy to take initiative and solve problems as they arise.

  • Youre comfortable navigating Greenhouse Google Sheets and shared drives. You figure things out quickly and are curious to learn.
