We are proud to represent Kollective Auto Group a dynamic fast-growing network of franchise dealerships in their search for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their corporate team in Edison New Jersey.
This is a high-impact in-office role supporting Kollectives aggressive growth strategy. The focus is on attracting and hiring top-performing automotive technicians and essential dealership staff the very talent that keeps the groups operations running smoothly and its customers coming back.

Brings solid automotive industry recruiting experience (ideally in fixed ops or dealership support roles)
