Salary is EUR 30000 per year gross with bonuses of up to EUR 3500 per year gross

Role Overview

Were looking for a skilled and strategic GermanSpeaking Google Ads Sales Account Manager to collaborate with highvalue business clients in the Google Ads ecosystem. This role focuses on supporting prominent companies especially in sectors like retail and travel helping them achieve exceptional results through customized marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with largescale clients to optimize and evolve their Google Ads strategies.

  • Deliver consultative indepth support tailored to each clients unique business goals.

  • Provide actionable insights and datadriven recommendations that boost campaign performance.

  • Foster strong longterm relationships built on trust expertise and value creation.

  • Conduct regular checkins to ensure clients are progressing and maximizing their advertising potential.

  • Align marketing efforts with client objectives to create measurable impact and growth.

  • Offer expert guidance on advanced marketing concepts and features within Google Ads.

What Were Looking For

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing Business or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • Nativelevel German (C2) and fluent English skills (spoken and written).

  • 12 years of experience in sales or digital advertising.

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads especially within highrevenue industries like retail or travel.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to consult on complex marketing needs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to nurture longterm client relationships focused on performance and results.
