Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant Business Analyst!
In this role as a Business Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing business processes identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills excellent communication abilities and a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems.
Responsibilities
Strong analytical skills required including a thorough understanding of how to interpret needs and translate business requirement into application
Work independently with users to understand the biz requirements and convert the biz requirements to user stories
Ability to engage with technology partners to drive delivery of requirements in an agile delivery methodology
Experience in managing the requirements / user stories through the ADO platform
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group executives managers and subject matter experts.
Engage effectively with Australianbased staff across business units ensuring strong verbal and written communication.
Foster a collaborative serviceoriented and customercentric environment demonstrating a proactive approach and a strong work ethic.
Become a subject matter expert in records management policy learning understanding and applying it to support the business units.
Continuously enhance knowledge of records management and align practices with the businesses being supported.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Assess business performance and ensure operational goals are being met.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Identifying and addressing operational financial and technological risks within the business.
Ability to work independently and able to assist team members in their strategies
Bachelors degree in business accounting IT or any related field.
Proven experience as a business analyst.
Proven training in Business Process Modeling.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word Excel PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Access is advantageous.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Proficiency in PowerBI PowerApps and Power Automate development.
Strong experience in Data Governance and Management with highly transferable skills.
Experience using Record Point or similar records management tools is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and MS Office suite.
