About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Customer Relations Management (CRM) Analyst to support the daytoday operation of our CRM platform and assist our CRM Lead with adhoc project work.

We are in the early stages of rebuilding our CRM system so this is the ideal time for a dedicated CRM individual to join our team and learn from our inhouse CRM Lead. If you are looking to increase your experience in technical and analytical skills this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

This is a fixedterm fulltime position for a maximum of 1 year. Ongoing employment may be considered at the time of contract expiry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CRM Lead with the Waalitj Foundations CRM environment including Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) Power Platform and related systems (administration updates requirements gathering etc)

  • Administer security groups through Entra.

  • Configure and maintain the security model within CRM platform and related data. This includes provisioning user accounts via Entra Active Directory administering security roles/teams with Dynamics 365 and monitoring systems access

  • Provide daytoday user support systems administration and coordinate with the business units/departments to manage the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system and resolve incidents

  • Assist withstaff queriesabout the CRM system

  • Testing/review & implementation of future enhancements to the Waalitj Foundations CRM platform

  • Assist with managing a tiered approach to CRM troubleshooting and problem solving including effective staff selfservice.

  • Assist with building effective reports and dashboards to monitor program activity and performance and adhere to data security requirements

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience administering a Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) environment with the ideal candidate having previous exposure to Entities views and forms Security Roles and Business Units and Teams Business Process Flows and Power Platform solution management.

  • Basic understanding of Excel and importing/exporting data into the CRM system.

  • Fitforpurpose communication and presentation skills both written and verbal directed to endusers at all levels of the organisation

  • High level attention to detail

  • Ability to work within a small team and independently

  • Proactive selfstarter

Desirable but nonessential skills/experience:

  • Prior consultancy experience with CRM software development and support.

  • Experience with PowerApps model driven apps Power Automate cloud flows Microsoft Dataverse & Power Platform or Microsoft 365 administration.

  • Experience with JavaScript for form components visibility as a web resource.

Essential Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain: Police clearance Justice Clearance and Department of Education Clearance.

  • You must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen to be considered for this role due to client contract obligations.
