Job Description
Job Title: 1st Grade Instructional Aide Armleder Campus
Employment Status: Hourly Part Time NonExempt
Reports to: Principal Armleder Campus
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 a.m. 2:00 p.m.
Start Date: August 11 2025
Job Summary: Act in support of the classroom teacher in preparing materials working with students and classroom management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop students interests abilities gifts and skills in the classroom and afterschool programming
- Work collaboratively with staff and leadership maintaining a positive attitude supportive of the CHCA mission
Qualifications:
- An experienced creative innovative and compassionate leader who is committed to working with 1st grade students and staff
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience working with children required
- Must be a believing Christian who is comfortable in a denominationally diverse Christian community
- Will need to obtain a current ODE Educational Aide Permit.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
MENTAL FUNCTIONS: While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to compare analyze communicate copy coordinate instruct compute synthesize evaluate use interpersonal skills compile and negotiate.
