Our client is the leading Integrated Facility and Property Management (IFM) brand specialising in technical operations in India. It is present nationwide and is headquartered in Bangalore. They have been a diversified real estate facilities and project management business for over two decades.
Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive you will be an independent contributor responsible for the territory of the state. We are looking for candidates with B2B Corporate Sales experience only who can understand Business Development to build the brand and improve market share in the territory. You must possess the ability to prospect hunt for leads and nurture the sales funnel. Experience in service sales is preferred and previous exposure in FM Security or Staffing will be considered as a best fit. Your responsibilities will include managing the pricing delivering corporate presentations negotiating and ensuring timely closures.
Skills/Attributes:
Prior experience as a Business Development Sales Executive or a relevant role
Proven sales track record in Facilities Management Sales B2B sales and Client Acquisition.
Experience in using CRM software
Location & Commitments:
This is an individual contributor role based in Hyderabad You must be open to travel as per business requirements and report to the Regional Sales Head/National Sales Head.
Education & Work Experience:
Bachelors or Master s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
4 to 6 years of experience in B2B Sales
Age must not exceed 47 Years
People with experience in B2C or industry except manpowerdriven may not apply.
