Job Title: MIS Executive / Data Management Executive (DME)
Location: Kolkata
Experience: 2 5 years
Salary: As per industry standards
Job Overview:
We are seeking a sharp and detailoriented MIS Executive with strong Excel skills to manage and analyze business data. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel formulas pivot tables and preferably Macros with a logical and analytical mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update daily weekly and monthly reports using Excel or Google Sheets
Use advanced Excel formulas and functions for data analysis and reporting
Create dashboards charts and pivot tables for performance tracking
Automate tasks using Excel Macros (preferred)
Support different teams by providing relevant data insights
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports
Assist in process improvement through datadriven analysis
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (background in Commerce preferred)
2 5 years of experience in MIS/Data Management roles
Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Knowledge of pivot tables VLOOKUP HLOOKUP IF SUMIFS COUNTIFS etc.
Exposure to Excel Macros/VBA is a strong plus
Good analytical and problemsolving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
