You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs Cluster Senior Sales Manager for Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villa and Anantara Layan Phuket Resort you will report directly to the Cluster Director of Sales and take a leading role in driving all sales activities across the assigned properties. This is a strategic position focused on achieving revenue and profit targets while growing and maintaining a strong loyal customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage sales operations for all assigned properties ensuring alignment with the clusters strategic goals.
Ensure the sales team understands and prioritizes key business objectives maintaining strong existing account relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
Oversee the onboarding process for new team members ensuring alignment with brand strategy product positioning and service offerings.
Deliver continuous training to the team particularly in facetoface selling to enhance skills and effectiveness.
Drive upselling and crossselling opportunities across all products and services.
Inspire guide and coach the sales team through daily operations and longterm planning.
Lead the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget and contribute to the development of the clusters sales marketing and business plans.
Collaborate closely with the Revenue team on sales forecasting and pricing strategy.
Conceptualize and execute special events sales blitzes and client engagement campaigns.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and confidently explore new markets and business segments.
Represent the properties at trade shows industry events and sales missions both locally and internationally to drive brand exposure and generate leads.
Qualifications :
Masters or Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a sales team in an international hospitality brand.
Strong background in sales account management and revenue strategy.
Solid understanding of hotel operations and market dynamics.
Fluent in English both written and spoken.
Strong network and professional relationships within the hospitality industry.
Experience working with or developing the European market is an advantage.
