- Promote and offer all current residential products of FLI
- Recruit and train property specialists
- Manage day to day sales activities of the team
- Ensure smooth implementation of sales policy
- Ensures achievement of the teams sales target
- Identify effective selling activities to support sales consultants
- Submit periodic sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Director.
- Meet the set sales quota of the company
- Report directly to the Sales Director
- Ensures achievement of the teams sales target
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- with more than 3years of Real Estate Sales experience
- minimum of 2 years managerial experience
- with a ready team of at least 5-8 real estate salesperson upon joining
- must have a good understanding of the local real estate market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Real Estate Brokers License is an advantage
