Job Description
Dover High School and Regional Career Technical Center seeks a dynamic social studies teacher who is willing to foster the academic and social development of a diverse group of learners and become part of a professional learning community of educators. We are seeking a colleague to join our team as we research and develop new ways to implement the C3 Framework for Social Studies State Standards in support of transition to an inquiry and competencybased social studies education. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the disciplines that encompass the social studies knowledge of the Common Core ELASocial Studies standards and MTSS a systematic approach to designing effective learning opportunities and a wealth of instructional and assessment strategies.
