Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect EndtoEnd Salesforce Solutions: Design robust scalable and highperformance solutions across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud Manufacturing Cloud and custom applications.
- Technical Leadership: Lead the scoping architecture design development and deployment of Salesforce solutions demonstrating thought leadership and a strategic mindset across initiatives.
- Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers admins business analysts and consultants to deliver highquality work. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages growth accountability and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business leaders project managers and crossfunctional teams to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor providing guidance and clarity on technical feasibility and impact.
- Executive Communication: Regularly present strategic roadmaps project updates and performance metrics to senior leadership. Clearly articulate complex technical concepts in a businessfriendly manner to influence decisionmaking at the executive level.
- DevOps Governance & Standards: Define and enforce Salesforce development and architectural standards best practices and governance models to ensure system integrity security and maintainability.
- Integration: Lead the integration of Salesforce with internal systems and thirdparty applications using tools like MuleSoft REST/SOAP APIs and middleware ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Platform Optimization: Implement system performance tuning data modeling and sandbox refresh schedules to ensure platform scalability reliability and costeffectiveness.
- Innovation & Strategy: Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends. Provide strategic recommendations on leveraging these innovations to drive competitive advantage and business transformation.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 10 years of handson experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and custom app development.
- Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations endtoend.
- Strong knowledge of Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL and Flows.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and security model.
- Experience with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps.
- Salesforce certifications preferred:
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified System Architect
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience managing and mentoring technical teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Engineering or related field.

The annual salary for this role is $119250 $159000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors such as skill experience and qualification for the role.)
